Can X-IRIS connect different PLCs, SCADA systems and dataloggers?

Check each source’s model, protocol, network configuration, documentation and access permissions. Prepare an equipment list and responsible teams. Prioritize a scope that can be piloted and verified before expansion.

Can management and individual site teams see different data?

Define permissions by site scope and role. Agree shared data sources, viewing rights, action permissions and export rights, then test access before handover.

Can all sites continuously measure COD, BOD, TSS and pH?

Displayed parameters depend on the measurements available at each point. Identify online measurements, laboratory results and forecasts and check their quality. An online COD or pH source does not mean every parameter, such as BOD, is continuously measured.

Is all data retained during power or network interruptions?

Buffering and replay depend on source equipment, gateways and deployed configuration. Test connection loss, identify missing intervals and agree how gaps are marked. Dashboards should show the last update time and source status.

Does AI automatically resolve every operational incident?

Define AI scope and automation levels after assessment. Start pilots with observation and alert review. Recovery procedures need activation conditions, approval rights, action limits, outcome checks and a fallback to manual operation.

Can X-IRIS data be used for environmental reports?
